i walked on as my feet carried me back to the same, old familiar place.
somehow it seems that as much as i try to avoid,
whenever the negative feelings overwhelm me
i head back to where it all began, where it all ended
perhaps hoping, that back at this place
i would figure out the parts and parcel of life
its brokenness, and its beauty.
Looking far into the skies, i still wish for that familiar shine,
and a familiar figure beside
but tonight, the overcasted sky seemed to paint out the picture of what's inside
i miss you. right now i really do.
but i've figured that despite the many times i've returned to this place in search of that familiar touch, that comfort,
it'll never be.
and i've truly understood, that my ultimate refuge is still in God.
in Him, I'll find my strength
i know i will.
just that tonight, is just one of those nights.
and familiarity failed me.

last few days of holidays!
and it's irritating.
but owells, at least i managed to enjoy the last few days=D
went out with bestie on wednesday
where where?
LOL it was totally not as planned.
we wanted to go seoul garden for good food plus good chat,
we ended up going to SPCA=D
it was kinda hard to figure our way there, but we made it!
yus was superrr hyper=) considering the fact that she's a cat lover=)
but looking at the pets there makes my heart goes *awww*
=D
the place is actually very small.. me and yus actually imagined it to be much bigger
lol yups. after SPCA, we didnt know where to go, so we stood at the bus stop and looked at the board
and decided to go to IKEA! =D
hahas. yus and i started talking about how i different i looked when im with specs and without specs hahahas=)
yups=)
and at ikea, we went for lunch=D i loveeee the food there to max=D
hahas. then we shopped arnd.. finally got my boxes after soooo long
dragged the box along to queensway.. boring place though.. haahs so me and yus headed back to lot1 cus she hasnt seen the new shops=)
enjoyed that day with bestie, prob will be another long while before we meet again=(
but nvm! i always have so much to talk to her whenever we meet=)
yups. rested at home on thurs
andandand, fri was out with deon=)
hahas i was supppeerrrr late=P
made him wait for me for like an hour =X
muahahas. heng he never get heatstroke.
=) walked a little around and headed to cathay
which reminds me.. we havent had ice-cream.. HMMM
lol. caught a retardedly funny movie.. burn something

but the whole show is like supeerrrr lame.
but it made you laugh and go "dotssss" LOL especially the ending
but yups. sushi with deon was crazy.
we concluded that this plate of thing look like someoneee =D
his imaginary "friend"
hahas=) but yups, it was a nice day out with deon too
it's sad that we prob wont be going out like that again once sch starts.

and today was joanne's wedding @ church
met mercy in the morning to get the gift
and we got this really cute pair of angels=)
we were ahead of time, so we went to the toilet and mercy started to help me to design a hairstyle to go with my dress
and we eventually concluded with this=)
funny lah. we actually spent so much time in the washroom=P
yups.
church was pretty today
i like the flower ribbon thing on the chairs=)
but i would like it in a different way

ahhaas.. but typical girls, we all started fantasising about our weddings and stuffs
lol, talked some nonsensical stuffs. lol
and then came the bride=)
joanne looks really pretty today.. and joseph looks different too=)
