HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2010.
yay yay. okay im not very excited. BLEAH

once again, i ended the old year and started the new year at Church. =) we had a countdown and mass confirmation for the youth in church last night. stayed on to watch the video concert followed by some time of fellowshipping with friends. 2009. time is really really flashing pass. im going to be twenty this year! but 2009 wasnt wasted. yes, though lots of time on projects, drifting in and out of friendships, but the best of it all was how God has truly been faithful. He never fails, and His mercies endure forever. remember at the beginning of the year, a verse that both Justin and Elvin shared with me during one of the youth as a word from God, and it was

"Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you" Matthew 6:33

and through the year, i truly experienced the providence, the grace, the mercy and the love of God. last year, I was water-baptised, received my confirmation, went for youth camp. yes, bigger steps of faith this year! =)

so yups! in preparation for countdown, we had to blow balloons!

at 12midnight they released it and weeeee~ balloons. but it was super scary when everyone started bursting them to get the notes inside=X hahas and i hopped around taking photos with some of the kids=) hahas. my very cute gwen mei=P

=) now time for food again! hahas=) yesterday deon discovered a new place for great ice-cream milkshake! check out their website at http://onceuponamilkshake.com.sg! so cute la the name. Once Upon A Milkshake. the ambience is also really good too=)

it's a little out of the way at tanjong pagar, but the icecream and milkshake is worth the effort to go over=) the flavours are really authentic and the icecream is chewable! and the ice-cream milk shake is REALLY icecream+milk=thick and delicious. hahas and being a fussy rum&raisin icecream eater, deon concluded they served one of the best rum&raisin. enough said, pictures!
