i want to always remember how it feels like sitting in the lecture theatre in the comfort of macy, julie, quek, jess, and deb around me. knowing that doti, nicole, hazels, janelle, liting,ana, qiuling, yanling and shelby are in the row in front and behind me. with leonice, priya, shikin, siti, nadiah, abidah somewhere near me.
i want to always remember how it feels like singing "i have a dream" during AYC, how we became closer as a class with a class hug, i want to always remember the chalet and the nights we spent just talking.
i want to always remember those bustrips with doti just talking, sleeping, complaining. i want to always remember the place at esplanade, where we sat talking, and the pyramid i tried climbing and quek laughing. i want to always remember the friends who were there when there were tears, and those who gave their listening ears.
i want to always remember these three years. yes, ECH may not have been the first choice for many of them, but to be in the same course, the same class, i believe it was not by chance. we have all helped each other to grow, built each other's confidence, gave each other precious memories. though we may be unhappy with each other at times during projects, ultimately these were the only friends who truly understand the stress of being in ECH, the unending projects, learning corners, lesson plans, and these were the friends who stood by all the way till the end.
my first experience of being in an all girls class,
