i'm thankful for lunchtime=) i'm thankful for snacktime=) i'm thankful for tv time=) i'm thankful for 5.15=)
im thankful for fridays=) i love weekends. finally i can sleep in tmr=) been going down for attachment this week as well for make-up sessions and also because there's a shortage of staff so we have been requested to go in more days. the food at the centre's really yummy=D that's the plus point. it's really physically draining, so i really need weekends=)
i guess year 3 is really different because of the long hours at the centre. lots of hands on and taking the full responsibilities of a teacher. grace and I were talking about it and we shared about some stuff. it's tough, and there's mentality changes. but at the end of the day, its fulfilling. just that some stuff to ponder over i guess. but by now, i really do 佩服 those teachers who have been in this field for so many years.
yups. so after 8 days at attachment, i've gotten used to the timetable and i'm remembering names too=) and of cus.. the kids are remembering my name too. kinda weird.. cus my mentor asked them to address me by 'ms neo', which i guess my surname is a little out of the norm.. so i keep getting 'teo' & 'yeo'. hahas now i do feel old=( but owells=) and there's always kids that brighten up my day la. so im still hanging on quite well in terms of my enthusiasm=) hahas=) so yups. life has been no-life. gotta start preparing lesson plans and setting up the learning corners.
hence, sorry yus, sorry michy, sorry hazelnutty=( i doubt i'll be able to meet up with you girls so soon. we'll meet up during the long break yah=) and to my C02s, who's in for island creamery!=D i found out that the mudpie there is a-we-so-me=)
